Holy Grails' #2: Origins Drink Up Intensive Mask

Hello lovelies! Next up in my holy grail beauty products series is a hydrating mask that I am head over heels in love with. When I first got into makeup and beauty I was convinced I had really oily skin. Hence the super matte foundations and all the 'for oily skin' skin care products. But over the past three or four months I feel like my skin did a complete 180. I started noticing a lot more redness around my nose and forehead and my makeup started to cling onto dry patches so I thought the Origins Drink Up Intensive Night Mask would be perfect for treating that.

The mask is a clear cream with a gel-like consistency that you apply as the last step of you skin care routine. It basically is an intense moisture replacement mask that quenches the skin's thirst and is filled with a number of great and natural ingredients such as water, coconut oil, aloe vera and avocado oil (just to name a few). Besides hydrating the skin and prepping it for the day it is supposed to make you skin look jucier and glowier.

I use about a hazelnut sized amount - three times a week - before going to bed and in the morning my skin feels super soft and hydrated. I couldn't be more impressed. My skin definitely looks jucier and much healthier. It treats dry patches immediately and - when used on a regular basis - helps to prevent them. My skin looks glowier and is prepped for the day. In fact I would say the mask makes my makeup go on a lot smoother and I feel like I don't need as much foundation as I used to. Not only gives the mask great results but it smells amazing too, so fruity and fresh - I love it!

Another thing I love about it is that you can get 100ml for only €27,99 (£23.00; $25.00) which is an amazing price for such a high-quality mask which also will last you a while. I've been using the 50ml tube for almost three months now and I still have half of it left.

I am now going to take off all my makeup and cover my face in this amazing mask - what a great thing to do on a Friday evening! I'm such a rebel.,, Have any of you tried this mask before? What are your thoughts on it? xo, Marie
